Tana does a great job in helping people become aware of, and integrate their disowned "shadows," that is, their repressed or suppressed traits of personality that may be responsible for psychological dysfunction, often disguised as an external situation or person. There are practices that Tana teaches that help reintegrate the disowned zones. Tana lovingly assists her students in their efforts to bring about a harmonious, integrated and fulfilled life. She is an accomplished Integral Evolution teacher and a generous and loving person.

At first sight I was lost but the group did a great job explaining what the book was all about. I have to say my first experience was great, no regret of attending the Sex, Ecology, Spirituality book review. I believe to have understood the concept of the book pretty well without having to read the book of 800 pages. lol :)

The Integral Model is the most comprehensive map of life, you, God, consciousness and everything else, existing in the world at this moment.

Flying over the mountains with a good map can make the difference between crashing and getting there safe.

Navigating through life, love, work, play and evolution requires a good map; the integral map, as 'drawn' by Ken Wilber in his work, is the best one I know.

This group is an Integral Sangha (Sangha = sacred community) where like minded people study together the Integral Theory, get together for their Integral Life Practice, and support each other and their environment in their integral growth: body, mind, spirit, interiors and exteriors, individuals and collectives, all quadrants, lines, states, types and stages of development.

This group may be for you if:

- You have an active interest in personal / human growth

- You would like to build and enjoy a community of evolving people

- You are familiar with the Integral Model and enjoy the company of other integral people like yourself

-You are curious to learn more about the Integral Model and Ken Wilber's work

-You have an interest in yoga, meditation, energy work, fitness, cultivating compassion, increasing intelligence, health, the environment, better ways to do business, politics and sex

- You are dissatisfied with claims on what truth is, and find them all partial and incomplete

- You are curious whether Science can communicate with Religion under the same roof

-You consider yourself to be spiritual but not religious
